Construction of a logistic platform for a main player in e-commerce sector. The project includes a 101,000 sqm warehouse with 98 loading bays and 7,000 sqm of annexed offices. The structure is built in prefabricated concrete with bac-acier roofing, concrete elevations and metal panels. The project includes the realization of the MEP installations serving the building and all the external works (green and parking areas and internal road network). Plot area 237,000 sqm.

The building is BREEAM Very Good certified.
